Stainless steel double-row top roller chain
Double row top roller chain with a top roller (top roller chain) is usually used for accumulation of free flow conveyor. The top roller chain is based on the standard chain with extended side plates (SK-1 attachment). The top roller is installed on the pin connecting the SK-1 extension plate. The top roller chain is equipped with steel or engineering plastic top roller on each link or each second link. Pallets with conveying objects are loaded on top rollers.
There are three types of basic chains:
(1) Double pitch roller chain with a standard roller (straight side plate, small roller).
(2) Double pitch roller chain with oversized rollers (straight side plate, oversized rollers).
(3) RS type (Fig. 8 side plate, small roller; no extra large roller).
