C80F3 OR O Ring Chain

O-ring & X-Ring Chains are an exclusive high performance racing chain. This chain is engineered to Products tested by EVER-POWER provide extended service life over an ordinary chain and can withstand the most extreme conditions. --Precise manufacturing processes of carburization, quenching and tempering give the components of the O-ring & X-ring chains optimum hardness, surface density, and maximizes the tensile strength. This gives the chain greater resistance to stretching and reduces the need for frequent adjustments. --Heavy duty carbon alloy pins are specially heat-treated for longer life. --Extended bushing eliminate kinking and reduce the possibility of "push out" or side plate separation --Solid rollers made from medium carbon alloy steel are shot-peened for maximum strength. Their shock absorber action cushions the contact of the chain and sprockets --Using the patented vacuum injection process, special permanent lubricants are applied to all inner surfaces and sealed in place by the tough elastomer O-rings & X-rings --120 links --colored side plates for corrosion resistance and bling factor ---X-ring chain has increased durability and greatly reduces friction with less maintenance
