Five Axis CNC Hob Sharpening Machine For Straight Grooves And Inclined Groove Hobs

Product Description
The CNC shovel grinder adopts a LYNUC N3 (four axis)/N5 (five axis) system with three linkage control; The indexing heads are all controlled by imported high stability direct drive torque motors, forming a full closed-loop system. The grinding spindle adopts high-power, high torque, and high-speed electric spindle, which not only ensures machining accuracy but also considers grinding speed; Five axis open edge grinding uses diamond rollers and adjusts various tooth profile leading edge shapes of the grinding wheel online through dual axis interpolation and fully self-developed GPM correction software. The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed design and has a beautiful appearance. Wet grinding is not only equipped with external devices such as filtration system, internal circulation cooling device, and oil mist suction device, but also has software settings such as left and right end indexing, whether to retract the tool and teeth, and preset grinding.

Applicable scope
Five axis open edge grinding is suitable for grinding various straight groove and inclined groove hobs within a range of ± 45 ° (both high-speed steel and hard alloy materials can be used).
