These are some common chain sizes. Other chain sizes can be considered as required.

1. Heat treatment: in the heat treatment equipment, it is used under the high temperature of various auxiliary media to improve the structure of parts and improve various properties
2. Carburizing: place the parts in the heat treatment equipment to heat them to a specific temperature and keep them for some time, and then pass carbon into the surface of the workpiece to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the chain.
3. quenching. Parts: after being heated to a specific temperature in the heat treatment equipment, the parts shall be kept for some time and then cooled in different media as required to improve the hardness of the parts.
4. quenching: after quenching, the parts are heated, cooled, and kept for some time in the heat treatment equipment at a specific temperature. Tempered parts can reduce quenching hardness, eliminate quenching stress and improve toughness.
5. Black oxide/bluing: the principle of organic polymer polymerization is adopted, and the black film is heated by heat treatment during tempering.
