HGM-X CNC Hob Relieving Grinding Machine For High Speed Steel Gear Hob

Product Description
The CNC grinding machine adopts a high-end LYNUC G-Speed U5E system, with five/four axis and three link control; The linear axis adopts a configuration of linear motor and straight grating, and the indexing head adopts an imported high stability direct drive torque motor, forming a full closed-loop control. The torque motor and linear motor simplify the transmission system, with electronic cam and electronic gear functions, ensuring machining accuracy while considering grinding speed; By using dual axis interpolation and self-developed GPM correction software, the diamond roller can be adjusted online to adapt to various tooth shapes of the grinding wheel.
The X-axis of HGM-L is designed with a combination of high-strength and high stiffness screws and grating closed-loop control.

Applicable scope
Gear hobbing cutters (precision rolling, pre shaving, pre grinding, pre scraping, scraping), worm gear hobbing cutters (including tangential direction), involute/triangular/rectangular spline hobbing cutters, sprocket hobbing cutters, synchronous belt wheel/die hobbing cutters, insert hobbing cutters, ring buckle hobbing cutters, multi segment arc gear hobbing cutters, forming special hobbing cutters and milling cutters suitable for high-speed steel/hard alloy materials.
