Suitable for any type of conveying application, these heavy-duty chains are manufactured with durable riveted constructed A1 attachments on every 2nd link. They are designed for sprockets with diameters up to 820 and provide excellent strength. They are pre-lubricated in a specially formulated lubricant through a hot-dipping process that prevents wear and provides better retention (less spin-out) over chains that are cold-dipped.
These flat-top chains are molded in standard widths and are available in ten-foot sections. They are designed to handle workpiece pallets with surface loads up to 1.5 kg/cm and feature PA wear pads for extra protection of the conveyed items. These chains can be linked end-to-end to form serpentine, in-line, and carousel conveyors. They are also available in side-flexing designs for more flexibility.
The chains are lubricated with medium-viscosity mineral oil to ensure optimum performance and prolong the working life of the chains. The bearing surfaces are also lubricated to reduce friction between the sprocket and chain, which helps to minimize noise and decrease maintenance costs.
