Conveyor chains

Challenge's conveyor chain range consists of a variety of chains that are manufactured to the ISO and British Standards. The roller chains are designed for use with sprockets and are available in both short pitch (EPC style) and long pitch (D-style). They have ball-swaged holes to ensure that the chain pitches are accurate and evenly loaded around the sprockets. They also have shot-peened link plates that develop compressive stresses which actively resist fatigue failure from initializing and propagating through the links.
