HMC63 Cutting Metal Working Machine CNC Lathe Horizontal Machining Center

Product Description
Our CNC machining center adopts a vertical frame layout, with columns fixed on the bed. The spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z direction), the sliding seat moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the workbench moves laterally along the sliding seat (X direction). All three axes adopt linear guides, using rolling friction instead of sliding friction to make the motion faster and meet high speed and high precision requirements. The spindle can achieve stepless speed change within its speed range and is controlled by the built-in encoder of the motor, which can achieve spindle orientation and rigid tapping functions.
HMC63 horizontal machining center
The HMC63 horizontal machining center adopts the design concept of a complete machine, comprehensively considering various aspects of the machine, reserving machine interfaces for different customers, adopting a positive T-shaped moving column and an overall bed structure, optimizing the chip removal structure, and improving the lubrication and recovery system of the guide rail through reasonable reinforcement, thereby improving the overall stiffness and appearance quality of the castings.
