Automatic HTM CNC Hob Relieving Lathe For Rough Tooth Cutting Of Gear Hobs

Product Description
The CNC shovel tooth lathe adopts LYNUC U3E system three-axis and three linkage control;
The headboard of the bed adopts a self-made high torque and high stiffness design, and the shovel back adopts a large A linear motor with thrust, equipped with a straight grid, full closed-loop design, and fast speed
High precision, with a maximum speed of up to 8 times per second. This machine tool is not only equipped with a dry cutting air cooling system, but also with an internal circulation cooling device.

Applicable scope
Suitable for rough tooth cutting of gear hobs (precision rolling, pre shaving, pre grinding), worm gear hobs, involute/triangular/rectangular spline hobs, sprocket hobs, synchronous pulleys/die hobs, insert hobs, multi segment arc gear hobs, forming special hobs, and milling cutters.
